Our goal is to make our organisation more diverse. We believe that diversity brings different perspectives and ideas to the table, which ultimately leads to better decision-making and a more inclusive workplace culture.
To achieve our goal, we developed and launched our leadership programme, Women of the Future, to support our female mid-management leaders. First Edition of this flagship Leadership Program curated specially for MLLG in collaboration with Harappa.
The program mainly focuses on empowering women with the necessary skills and knowledge to take up leadership roles in the organization. Through mentorship, training, and networking opportunities, we aim to create a more inclusive workplace where women can thrive and contribute to the growth of the company.
We selected potential female leaders and put them through a journey of awareness, reflection, implementation, and growth. There have been five masterclasses, four habit drills, one reflection session, and one interactive fireside chat for the participants.
All the participants have shared their feedback on the program, saying that it helped them realise their potential, identify personal roadblocks and ways to overcome them, and build a strong network as they moved forward.
We believe that empowering women leaders will not only benefit our organization but also inspire future generations of women to pursue leadership roles.
